Move Well may accept payments using
Health Savings Accounts (HSA) or
Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA) for services that may support mental health and wellness.
Certain services offered through Move Well may qualify as eligible health expenses when they are used to support the
treatment or management of a medical or mental health condition and when such use is determined to be
medically necessary by a licensed healthcare provider.In some cases, individuals may be required by their HSA or FSA administrator to provide documentation of medical necessity, such as a Letter of Medical Necessity (LMN) from a qualified healthcare professional, in order for services to qualify as an eligible expense.
Payments are securely processed through third-party payment processors, including Stripe. Move Well does not store full payment card numbers.
Use of an HSA or FSA card does
not guarantee payment approval, as authorization decisions are made by the card issuer or plan administrator in accordance with their policies and applicable regulations.
Move Well does not determine or guarantee individual eligibility for HSA/FSA reimbursement, and users are encouraged to consult their healthcare provider or plan administrator regarding eligibility.
4. Sharing of Information
Move Well
does not sell personal information.
We may share limited information with trusted third-party service providers when necessary to operate our services, including:
